Contact Lumenry: Is your date free?
Fill in the card with whatever you know so far. The date matters most: Saturdays in spring and autumn go first, often more than a year ahead. Everything else can be a guess, and "not sure yet" is a perfectly good answer.

How do we hold our date?
Once you've seen the collections and picked one, we send a short agreement and a deposit invoice. The date is yours the moment both come back, and not before: we don't pencil dates in, because holding one for a couple who hasn't decided means telling another couple it's gone. The rest is due a month before the wedding, so nothing is left to sort out in the last busy week.
Can we meet you before we book?
Yes. Most couples do a half-hour video call, usually on a weeknight, so you can both be there without anyone leaving work early. If you're close by, come to the studio in Cooks Hill and look through printed albums. Either way, there's no sales pitch: you ask what you want to know, and we ask about the day you've got in mind.
What if our date changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. If we're free on the new date, the booking and the deposit move across with no fee. If we're already booked, we'll recommend photographers we trust whose work is close to ours. Venues move dates more often than people expect, and nobody plans a wedding expecting it to happen to them.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, and most venues ask for it. We hold public liability cover and send a certificate of currency to your venue coordinator once you've booked, so you don't have to chase it. If your venue has a supplier list or induction, send us their details and we'll sort it out with them directly.
How quickly will you reply?
Within a day, usually the same evening. Saturdays we're at weddings, so a card sent on a Saturday gets its answer on Sunday afternoon. If your date is soon and you're worried it'll go, ring instead: if we're mid-ceremony we won't pick up, but we'll call you back the same day.
Do you photograph same-sex weddings?
Of course. Every wedding is planned around the two people in it, and nothing on this form or in our agreement assumes a bride and a groom. Tell us how you'd like to be described, and the names and pronouns you'd like us to use with your families on the day.
